Anybody had problems with this company in the past?

I placed an order on the 15th December, they took the money off me and the tracker says the book has been dispatched; but I have not received anything.

I thought they would be pretty immune from the Christmas rush as they use couriers rather than Royal Mail.

Yup, I have used them a lot this year, no problems, but they aren't super fast...

If it's any consolation, a few Amazon orders I have made in recent weeks has taken longer than usual to arrive. Must be Royal Mail.

Oh ok thanks, yea I had a bit of a worry with an Amazon order but it showed up on Friday after weeks on order.

I've used the Book Depository several times and have always found them very good. I guess the Christmas rush affects all delivery companies, not just Royal Mail.

Used them several times. They were the cheapest and they delivered quickly each time.
