Need some help stacking images for planets

Guys,

Started to have a play with solar system, mainly the moon.

A quick question.

I have 60 raw images of the moon. What program do you use to stack them together ?

I also have about 4 avi's and have been using Registx to some affect, but stuck on the stacking of raw cr2 (canon raw) images.

Just noticed that you can add in raw frames into registax..

Is this what you should use for loads of raws ?
