My scopes

Hello all,

I thought it was time I showed you a photo of my scopes that I took earlier today after looking at sunspot group 1029.

It comprises of:-

TeleVue Ranger

Meade ETX105* (modified by me) (c/w a 'cheap & cheerful' star diagonal).

TeleOptic Giro Mkll (the orange 'thingy' on the body is a flashing red LED).

Meade LX10 tripod legs

* no, it's not the Orion Optics 102 - it's the reflection from my car!

I'd like a Giro mount myself - I really like alt-az mounts

Nice set up. I have a similar set-up with a Giro III mount on a Celestron CG5 tripod mounting my M90 and C6 side by side. It's a superb grab'n'go outfit.
