The Heart and Soul Nebula

It’s entirely fortuitous that I had sufficient overlap on both images to create this widefield - though the join is apparent. There wasn’t enough time to capture the Soul nebula data before clouds rolled in. However here it is:

Cracking image Malcolm, I like it very much ! Could you tell which camera, filter(s) and exposures you were using ? I woulld like to try this one also soon, now it's in the best position for us :-).

Thanks Janos. Camera is an Artemis 11002 (setpoint cooled to -22), TrueTech filter wheel with 2" Astronomik Ha (12nm) filter and subs were 15mins each. Bias frames (30 in all), darks (10 at 15mins each) and Flats (20) were subtracted in Maxim DL. The telescope is very fast at f/2.8 so slower scopes would require much more time, though I’m imaging from heavily light polluted skies.
