NGC 7789 in Cassiopeia

Hi

Took this shot last night of the Open Cluster NGC 7789 in Cassiopeia

12x 1min Subs, 6x Flats @ ISO400 taken with the 450D on a WO66SD w/ a WO 0.8x FF, processed in DSS & with Gxterminator.

After seeing your cluster photos im considering getting on for my birthday. Would the 66 you have fit onto a skymak 127 goto mount, the altz one... i know i know alt z but im upgrading next year lol.

I don't know what Skymax 127 Goto mount you have, but I have a EQ5 Synscan Goto Mount, what you have to remember is it has to take the weight of the OTA which around 2kg, plus the weight of the camera any other additional adaptors used, also polar aligned as accurate as possible. There is a dovetail fitting which fits onto all synta/skywatcher type mounts
