Hercules and Atlas

Here is another of the shots I captured on the night of 29th June. This one is of the craters Hercules and Atlas. They have been processed to emphasis the dark halo craters and fractured floor inside Atlas. Processing very similar to the picture of Mare Hunboldtianum also posted on this forum.

If only we could have this nice "Summer Seeing" in the Winter when the Moon and planets are high up, the UK would be one of the best observing sites in the world!
