Help me find a knob

I am using M6 bolts on my guide rings but I would really like a hand knob type thing for the top of the bolt to save me using a hex driver to tighten it all up. What are they called and where can I get some (cheap)! I am not too bothered if it's a plastic knob or one of those knurled metal type knobs.

Ideas?????

I think that they are called hand bolts.

I found them for a £1 each in a local fishing shop...
