Hi there RTB - nothing wrong with that scope at all ! just remember how much Newton found with a much smaller instrument (but darker skies )

My first scope was a 40mm Tasco and I had fun for years (although some would see it as torture) - but I was 9 at the time !

Nice scope but what is the cash box on the table for do you charge people to look through your scope?? (good ideas #1)

LOL.... No I don't charge!!! have not got round to purchasing a case for eyepieces etc, so that was the safest place to place them at the moment!!!

Nice scope and a nice setup for it, on the level.

My garden is on a slight slope and the only level area I have is on the decking, fine in summer, but like an ice rink on cold winters nights, which makes carrying my scope back indoors a bit of a challenge, especially after a couple of Stellas
