Focuser wheel

Could anyone make me a focuser wheel to go on my Vixen 102M for fine focus please something similar to the one on my Tal only with a central hole so I can screw it in place please. 

About 3" diameter and 1.5cm thick.

What does the shaft look like without the wheel?

Sorry shaft is 8.5mm but I think the wheel only goes on the tapered part. 

The tapered part is 3.3mm long as far as I can see. 

I can always put a longer screw in.

The central bit is 3.3mm below the edge of the focuser wheel if that is any use to you. 

If it came to it I could post the shaft as I alternatives.

They look like the same size but I appreciate the offer. 

Someone made me the one on my Tal and getting fine focus is much easier with a bigger wheel. 

I would love to to put a duel focuser on it to be honest but it has a inner diameter of a 111.1mm.

The screw is 3.8mm so I suspect M4 and the screw thread length is 10mm the whole screw length is 12.5mm.

Did you ever release this publicly as an STL (on thingiverse, thangs etc)?

My astro society has the same scope with the same problem and was going to try and design and print one when I came across this post.

Sure did.

Tolerances are tuned for my printer and are deliberately quite tight so you might need to enlarge the hole the shaft goes into

Any problems with the design, let me know.  I appreciate the feedback on anything I've made and enjoy making it more accessible.  So much astronomy kit is really expensive and through 3D printing I think we can make it more accessible.
