Maplin's special - WinCE mini Netbook

In the latest Maplin catalogue they show the CnMbook portable Netbook. Runs Win CE ( not Linex!), has WiFi and has a 7" LCD screen.

Sounds like a possible choice for imaging etc at the scope.

Check that list...especially the aspire 1 at the bottom...£119, stick XP on that (which I guess you probably have a license for), and a bit more ram.. (1GB more than enough)

Then a buss powered 80GB HD for imaging (ebay £20 ish)... all in for about £150
