It's probably me but I can make neither head not tail of our sponsor's system!! I just want to buy one of those bargain Celestron ED 80s so I sent an Email because I don't know the postage cost. I got an email back giving me something called a ticket number and inviting me to follow a link which just puts me in a loop from which there is no escape... Do I just wait or am I supposed to do something else?

Thanks gents. I have to say I prefer dealing with humans and I've just had a nice human response from James at FLO via Email. It seems you have had a bank holiday - something I have entirely forgotten about over here. Doh!

The Helpdesk is built around email. There should be no need to visit the Helpdesk unless you actually want to.

After saying that, we are looking into the way enquiries are submitted in the hope of making it more intuitive.

... Apparently it should send you an email with a response, but I had to find a way into the helpdesk to get an answer.

Please check your spam folder, it might be filtering out our responses.
