To be fair, I know there's an awful lot of bad experiences that people have had with S'n'S, but the three or four times I have dealt with them they have been very helpful and friendly. The webcam adapter I ordered yesterday arrived this morning.

Sometimes you do get good service from them, and they can be friendly and helpful, but it's not consistent. They can also be downright rude and hostile and you can be left waiting for weeks for something that was supposed to be in stock.

Good customer service should be consistent. Most customers will understand that mistakes can happen, but do expect that a good reliable dealer will make sure it's put right and show that they care about their customers.
