Fascinating to watch, according to S&T interactive the eclipse began at 7.54pm. I could see Ganymede gradually fading but it was not until 8.07pm that it completely disappeared from view. Back out at 9.44pm to see the reappearance.

I’m going to start a thread called ‘What didn’t you see tonight?’ 🤪🤪

I noted the emergence of Ganymede from eclipse, popped out and was sure I was observing in time, but somehow missed it and Ganymede was already visible. Oh well, I had some decent views of GRS right on the meridian earlier on which was great.
