A very difficult M94

As it says , not an easy one with a small core and very faint outer regions , had to go to 12 min subs for this and just 11 of them ,as its time for bed lol .

Imaging scope 120 Equinox CLS filter used , guided PHD

That's excellent, the fine detail around this very bright-cored galaxy far surpasses anything that SEDS can offer (I always look up on SEDS whenever someone posts an unfamiliar object). Impressive!

Have you tried M77 - similar in difficulty with a very bright core and faint arms? Probably have to wait until late summer/autumn though...
