Can someone decypher this please. Watched a youtube video saying this was a better method for determining tilt but think it might have been a much older version of hocus focus as it doesn't look like this.

Best thing to do here is join the NINA discord. If you've never used Discord before then you might need to persevere with the interface but there is a dedicated section for Hocus Focus and you'll find all the info you need there

That's the 3D model, just turn it of in the options tab and it will display the easier to view 2D version, it's showing that your back focus needs tweaking a bit, try to get the curvature radius number as large as possible.
