  1. Might be worth having a word with Altair Astro as well?
  2. Yep not a bad price, I sold mine for £650 last year
  3. Seem very short for dark frames, that being said they do look very odd and nothing like my 300 second darks from my IMX571 camera.
  4. Have a word with Altair Astro as they do Ioptron repairs in the UK
  5. I use a cheap Beelink mini pc with PHD2 and NINA with my Altair 26M and use the inbuilt native camera driver, you do have to install Ascom any other drivers/software that you might need for other equipment but once done it's a very reliable system that has fully automated my imaging sessions.
  6. NGC1499 the California nebula in the Hubble palette, 98 x 5 minutes sub for a total integration time of 7.9 hours and taken last night. Antlia 3.5 nm filters Altair Astro Hypercam 26M StellaMira 90ED Ioptron CEM 40
  7. NGC 281 the Pacman nebula taken last night, 107 x 5 minute subs for a total integration time of 8.9 hours. Antlia 3.5 nm filters Altair Astro Hypercam 26M StellaMira 90ED Ioptron CEM40
  8. The Clamshell nebula, SH2-119 using just 2 hours each of HA and SII as the OIII data was so weak, along with some artistic licence. Antlia 3.5 nm filters Altair Astro Hypercam 26M StellaMira 90ED at it's native focal ratio
  9. Around 6 hours worth of data and cropped in to the central region Antlia 3.5nm filters Altair Astro Hypercam 26M StellaMira 90ED at it's native focal ratio
  10. The North American and Pelican nebula in the SHO palette 21 x 5 min HA subs 21 x 5 min SII subs 21 x 5 min OII subs Altair Astro Hypercam 26M StellaMira 90ED at it's native focal ratio
  11. Yep have some tilt or back focus to sort out since just going mono
  12. The Fish head along with Melotte 15, at the centre of the heart head nebula in the SHO palette and taken last night. 20 x 5 min HA subs 20 x 5 min SII subs 20 x 5 min OII subs Altair Astro Hypercam 26M StellaMira 90ED at it's native focal ratio
  13. NGC7822 in the SHO palette, shot last night. 20 x 5 min HA subs 20 x 5 min SII subs 20 x 5 min OII subs Altair Astro Hypercam 26M StellaMira 90ED at it's native focal ratio
  14. One area that I struggle with is colour balance, with not be very arty in nature. This version looks a lot calmer than my original.
  15. Could Admin please move it to the correct section please
  16. Thanks for your insight and the link, I will look into these options
  17. Hi Jonny I am using the Altair Astro version of the 2600MM, the Hypercam 26M.
  18. With my APS-C sensor I am using 36mm unmounted filters with on issues at all.
  19. That's interesting I had not thought of it like that, something for me to try next imaging session. Thank you.
  20. My first mono SHO image of the Soul nebula and a question for the mono experts, as the HA signal is the strongest what ratio do you use?. As this was my first attempt at SHO using NINA I setup the filter focus offsets and then ran with just doing two subs of 5 minutes on each channel. Antlia 3.5nm HA 20 X 5 minute subs Antlia 3.5nm OIII 20 x 5 minute subs Antlia 3.5nm SII 20 x 5 minute subs Altair Astro Hypercam 26M StellaMira 90ED at it's native focal ratio
  21. The Lobster Claw Nebula and Bubble nebula's shot last night, 52 x 5 minute subs. HA/OIII OSC filter StellaMira 90ED Hypercam 26M
  22. IC 1396, I used both OSC data from early on in the year and mono HA data taken last night, so a blend of both using LRGB combine in PixInsight.
  23. The EZ SoftStretch issue has been fixed now, I can confirm it's working for me https://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?threads/ez_softstretch-resurrected.21314/#post-131825
