EP Projection Adapter?

Would an eyepiece adapter make any sense on an Skywatcher Evostar 100ED 4" f/900 in combination with either a Canon 20D or a 5DmkII. I have several EP`s and a 2 times barlow.

If so, should I choose a variable adapter or a normal one?

Or is there an option which I havent found yet

Would only be of use to image the moon and planets.

If you use the x2 barlow, then the variable projector with a 25mm eyepiece would give a large ( but faint) image.

Alternative would be a x3 or x4 Shorty barlow or imagemate.

As a complete newbie it might be a good idea to start with the Moon and the planets first before doing anything else. If you say it would be suitable for that uses I might go for an adapter like this.

If someone has any more info as what to buy, dont hold back
