I have treated myself to a really nice meade lxd55 and a eq-6 mount. £450 quid for the lot. I am really chuffed! ( can see my old skywatcher 130p also!)

ottoman, i'm new to this, I have a skywatcher and still getting used to it. What will the new scope give you that the 130 wont?

yeh the focuser is different from original cloudwatcher. Its a 6" warthog and i wont neglect the skywatcher, still a cool scope.

hey millerman, well the mount is just so mucher better for a start, and the scope is alot clearer. I havent used it yet so i will let you know what its like!
