I don't know about 'calculate' but it would be quite happy with that. Even better if you've done the PTFE tape mod.

Mine doesn't complain with some fairly weighty EPs on it (Pentax XWs, for example).

As above, I think it'll be fine as well. I've had a 2x focal extender plus ES 20mm or Nirvana 16mm and it doesn't seem to mind. If there's any sag, I haven't spotted any effects from it. Biggest worry is not unscrewing it too far with that much £££ attached!

I’ve used a BST 2x shorty Barlow with a SvBony 7-21mm zoom and just checked - 241g. No problem at all, and I’ve used combinations heavier than that. I used to have concerns about potential flex too, but really it holds up very well.
