The rated life, according to Canon, as far as I know for the cameras in this class is 50k acvtivations. I really hope that DB is wrong as I've fired off 13.5k in 9 months...

12 hours of "racing" during the august bank holiday marathon event... we used to hold a 2000 lap relay race...teams of mixed ability and mix of electiric and nitro powered cars no driver allowed more than 10 mins an any one stint...

But thats how you get pics like these.... shooting at 5 FPS whilst panning the action...
