I managed, the settings in my laptop were stopping it from opening, so I changed them and it loaded. 

I have texture in the same setting yours is in the pic you sent of textures. 

It's working fine now and turns to the maps after zooming in so far.

Windows saying do not open, it will destroy you ? 

Or run as admin..
