Here are two images of Lulin from 1.00UT March 1/2 that I set up as stereo pair using StereoPhotomaker freeware program.

If you can do the cross eyed viewing trick to fuse the images it give a nice 3D picture of the comet standing out against the starry background.

I rather like that Nick. It's come out well. Instead of trying to get going cross eyed just right, hold a piece of paper out from the screen on the dividing line, rest the your nose on the other end and let your eyes do the rest.

didn't see the 3D sorry, but the idea is a good one

i know a guy that owns the patent to a 3D image thing, i takes an image and makes it look 3D, and it's very good on astro images! he also sold me my first telescope and i is a wee bit crazy but hey it's a great piece of kit and something i would like to see more of
