Dss -alignment

I have two  data sets one rgb and one L extreme set , I would like to align both stacks the same in DSS   if I use the same alignment image for both stacks would that work leaving me with two stacks aligned and cropped exactly the same .

Yes it would - just tell DSS what your desired reference frame is and stack away! Both stacks will then be aligned to your chosen reference frame. 

Then the fun of blending narrowband into broadband begins! 😁

The reference frame doesn't have to be ticked which is handy

What s the benefit of that ?

The data collected is different, one is nb the other broadband I assumed you wouldn't be mixing them on stacking

Got it too work on second go , I had to restack after finding which stack had tha smallest dimensions and use a reference file from that stack this worked leaving two stacks with the same dimensions, first attempt I used a reference file from the bigger stack and that didn’t work.
