Calibrating OSC images : Debayer before or after calibration

Starting down my OSC  career and understand the debayer concept.

But do you calibrate with darks, flats and bias BEFORE debayer or AFTER debayer ?

If I were to guess, I would say before, but I am unsure.

And I think the preferred methodology,  assuming your OSC camera has a CMOS sensor, is to use dark flats (darks with the same exposure time as your flats) rather than bias frames for the image calibration.
