Dark images in APP

I purchased APP a while ago and had a couple of attempts to use it but can't get images to appear on screen for checking / processing, only the very brightest stars appear an no fiddling with the stretching helps.

Followed a couple of YT tutorials to no avail.

This is the same image taken with Atik 4000OSC opened in various programs just colour converted in Affinity

By default APP saves results linearly, so only the brightest stars are visible. You can save the stretched version, by using the save button below the histogram, and not forgetting to have the box "stretch" ticked. If you can post the linear fits file you have, I can give it a go if you like

Tried that I think, doesn't have any effect and histogram has disappeared to the left.

Will send it to you Michael thanks.

This is the saved image.

I find it useful to tick the DDP at its lowest setting before saving.

Can't see a DDP setting, these are about 40 x 60 second OSC images taken for a comet animation, all I'm trying to do is open them in APP without any processing and cycle through them to check them, this is a simple process  in all the other processing software I have but can't get APP to do it.

In the part at the bottom you have cropped off there is a list of images?

double click on each and apreview will appear in the main window. A

DDP can be altered by using the ? and up it to the 30 setting it will certainly boost the preview , but only on screeen you must save it to alter it B
