Can I use a Focal reducer on an ETX125?

I was just wondering whether I can use a focal reducer with the ETX to make it more versatile? I've got an ATIK 0.5 FR which is a standard 1.25 inch size, and the SCT 3.3 and 6.3 versions. I know the 3.3 is usually classed as ccd only. But how about the 6.3 and atik? and how would I attach to the back of the etx? I've got an adapter that converts the camera back thread on the ETX to be a 1.25 holder, but that wouldn't help with the 6.3 FR (the Atik I can screw into the filter thread on an eyepiece..)

You can buy an adaptor which screws onto the back of the ETX and turns the rear thread into a SCT thread. You could then mount a X0.63 reducer...... never tried it though.....
