My go at M33

20 x 180s iso 800 stacked in dss Nikon D7000

10 x darks

no flats (I know)

finally found the setting so i didn't lose any colour maybe a went a bit far the other way!

Obviously some flats and bias frames to get rid of the vignetting and noise would be nice! They also make the processing a lot easier as you don't have to worry about those factors as much.

But it seems like its a bit overprocessed. 

The blackpoint looks clipped and M33 itself is very magneta. 

And is it just me or does it look slightly out of focus? 

 

All in all it's a very good attempt and another step in the learning process! 😁

Ran your image (JPEG thumbnail) through AstroArt for gradient removal

Genuine flats would be a lot better.

super thanks, i will have a look at doing the it does look better
