I copied your red channel, and opened a new RGB document in PS.  I pasted this red image into the red channel and repeat for the green and blue, and this appeared

Awwww, thanks, could you please send me details of your workflow for this. Would be really helpful. Tweaked the image a little.

I have done this in both Photoshop and PixInsight.

PixInsight has a good workflow to do it, Photoshop a few more steps involved but easily done.

Nice image by the way, great detail. What scope and camera did you use to capture Mars?

Thanks, it was an 11inch Celestron XLT and Zwo ASI 178mm with RGB filters and Zwo filter wheel. Also a 2.5x Powermate.
