ASIAIR PRO and guide camera

Can anyone with a ASIAIR pro clear up a point for me. It's my understanding that the new asiair pro does not work with the zwo asi120mm camera as stated in their specification (being usb 2).  But I have seen images of people's equipment in that it appears they are using this camera/asiair pro combination.  There is even company's selling the asiair pro with a zwo asi120mm camera bundled together??

The mini 2.0 does work.  The other 2.0’s won’t

Thanks for that. It's this statement that confuses me

'it can not support ASI120MM/MC'

 

But the asiair pro is being bundled with that camera??

Yes the mini versions do work.  The normal ones need to be usb3.0.   Must have some deeper meaning behind it.   Not sure why😬

Have a look at FLOs’ website listing for the ASI 120mm and I think it will confirm the above.

Yes I should have looked. The first line reads 'compatable with the new asiair'

I feel a new purchase coming.
