Saturn Almost edge on

Early Sunday Morning and freezing cold, but well worth the effort to webcam Saturn with rings almost edge on and Titan just above the rings as well.

Nice image. Great capture of Titan. I can't really see it just yet.

Should make for some interesting pictures of surface details and moons.

I think I saw some images of a Titan transit somewhere so there will be some advantages with the rings being 'out of the way' as Saturn will be doing a bit of Jupiter impersonation this year.

Nice capture, with Titan very interestingly placed.

You have some dispersion of colour in this image (due to the atmosphere) which is blurring the details vertically. Try re-aligning the channels in any photo-adjustment program, so you remove the blue edge at the top of the planet and the red edge at the bottom. The result should be much better. (You can also do this in Registax towards the end of the processing.)
