Anyone advise on the compatibility of a Baader Hyperion 10mm with a 150mm f/8 Dob? Or have I dropped a clanger? Some say the Hyperions are only good at f/10 and above.

Naa, I reckon in your current scope the Hyperion ought to perform just fine It's a nice working magnification, exit pupil is still sweet, your scope's focal ratio isn't too demanding, so I figure that so long as the f8 is reasonably collimated the Hyperion shouldn't exhibit any aberrations. Be interesting to read a brief report on your own findings, when you get a chance to test

I have used Hyperions on both <F10 and >F10 with no issues I could see.
