Cheers Pete, I forgot about this. Been on to Nasa's tv site, and they are about to tell the crew to suit up for landing. Apparently in an hour as you said. Edwards AF base because of high crosswinds at t'other place. I just love to watch the shuttle come in. What a great sight it is.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I put the TV on too, so I don't get the fright anymore. :laughing2:

There is no more exciting sight, than to see that big bird gliding down to land after a time in space.

The shuttle will be sadly missed when it is finally retired. It certainly did a wonderful job in the construction of the ISS. It could not have been achieved without the shuttle of course.
