Where can i send my NEQ6 damage mount

Hi' Do anyone know where i can send my neq6 to be fixed please.Because i think the back bolt have bent in side the mount.And the bolt will only move back and fore a little Thanks.Mark

Hi, suggest you remove the front bolt first, then see if the rear  bolt can move forward,, if so then  unscrew slowly the rear bolt .. Good luck    Henry b.

I would also recommend removing the front bolt and if you can then tilt back the mount fully and screw the rear mount in then remove the handle part of the bolt and screw all the was through. It might be easier to split the mount apart. This is very easy and the same instruction for installing the new style wedge.
