M64 is a mono image: 3x 10 min Ha (7nm) Baader filter

M97 is an LRGB with Baader LRGB filters (R, G & B 5 x 200sec subs) L 5 x300sec subs.

M82 is a mix of RGB with some Ha mixed with the red channel and a little Ha in the lum channel too!

Processing: stacking and initial levels all in PI. LRGB images have been channel mixed in PS with levels and curves applied.
