Ken82
Well its back to imaging in hydrogen alpha as the moon becomes brighter. 5hrs total integration 10min exposures from 18th Nov. Again quite pleased with the outcome from a modified canon 6d, i just wonder how better it would be when i get a mono camera??

Laurin Dave
Substantially better I would say.. plenty of photos of the Soul out there to compare to.. one thing though is that your field of view will shrink as there are no aps-c sized mono cameras.. asi1600 and kaf8300 about 30% smaller.. full frame £££££. Nice image
don4l
Nice image. How do you process Ha in a colour image? The red data will be only a fraction of the green and blue channels. Does it get scaled differently?

You extract the red data and just process that as a monochrome image
