M82 ASI224

This is M82 the Cigar Galaxy in Ursa Major, captured in the early hours of 29/10/2018. Equipment used was:

Imaging Camera: ZWO ASI224

Scope: Skywatcher 130PDS

Mount: Skywatcher HEQ5

Guiding: Altair GPCAM v1 Colour with Finderguider and PHD2 software.

Capture Software: Sharpcap 3.2

Processing Software: Deep Sky Stacker (stacking), Pixinsight (processing)

-150 minutes of 30 second lights

-50 x Darks

-100 x flats

-100 x Dark flats

Thanks, not that I've seen. I just use it as a traditional camera although I tend to use shorter exposures as the read noise is very low. You have to use darks because of the amp glow.
