Hi All

I did my first proper session with guiding :hello1: . The GPUSB and PHD combination makes it so easy! Here's my latest M31 with 9x5 min exposures added to the data. I know I could have gone further than 5 min subs but I tried 10 min and started to get blobby stars.

Pleased with the result but its struck me just how many hours of data is really needed to bring out good dust lane detail on this thing

Thanks for looking

Matt

Nice picture Matt, as Billy says it is an easy object to image but very difficult to do well hence we all keep going back to it to try and improve on previous efforts. You have done a good job with nice detail showing through.
