Some pretty interesting proms on view at the moment!

I'm looking through some persistent high cloud, and lots of obscuring lower cloud that keep coming along, but a lovely platform arch on the limb - real delicate detail: my dual speed focusser was so worth it A nice plage region also on the disc but the proms steal the show

Good stuff Niall, it’s all been a bit quiet lately so nice that there is some activity. Too cloudy here unfortunately
