IC4603 1st Attempt

So I had an attempt at IC4603 last night. I had a few stacking issues so I've had to crop a lot of it. Colours aren't exactly what I was hoping for but I like the detail in it.

What camera how many exposures etc?

Sorry, that was 200 x 30 sec exposures. ZWO ASI071MC Pro Cooled camera, 50 flats, 50 darks and 250 bias.

Good shot though. Considering very poor skies at the moment.

Yet another DSO for me to aim the QHY8L at now it's repaired.

In the last couple of weeks I've had it back the skies been so poor it doesn't justify setting up all my gear ?

As you say, there's very nice detail in this image. Is the yellow/orange corner the result of light pollution?

In that field of view, those colours are what I'd, sort of, expect. A few tweaks with colour balance may make it a bit more appealing to your tastes

There are some wild and bright objects just out of the field. What a shame you had to crop.
