SGL Email Notification Issue 1st July 2018

Hi all,

You may have noticed some of your SGL emails have not been arriving. This issue looks to have started late Friday night. Thankfully, all of the emails were queued and you should now have started receiving them all so nothing should've been missed.

On Friday, we changed our email service provider for a combination of technical reasons that should result in faster performance amongst other improvements. This all went well but unfortunately. late Friday night our account was suspended with our new email provider with no notifications.

I'm happy to say the issue is now resolved and I will be keeping a much closer eye on the new service provider over the coming days to ensure there is no repeat.

Apologies for any inconvenience.
