Plato and Vallis Alpes

This is the last one from last night, the 25th April. 300 of 3000 frames. Pipp>AS!2>IMPPG>Photoshop. Plato, Vallis Alpes, Mons Tenerife/Pico etc and (@LukeSkywatcher) Cassini.

It was actually captured through a little bit of high haze which is why I'm surprised to see just the faintest whiff, the merest hint of the rille in Vallis Alpes. The second image is drizzled x3 and way over sharpened so I could compare it to one of the orbiter images. You may see a splodgy mess, but I see a valley with a rille and a bunch of little craterlets in it!

PS, The Present Mrs Foster has spotted another member of the lunar alphabet, the Lunar H. Can you spot it?
