I'm back with a new scope!

So my partner decided to get a scope for Father's Day, and so we ordered it, early. Very early

Its only a small one as I can't accommodate a big scope, but its an astro scope. Its an Orion GoScope III Travelscope, 400mm fl, 70mm aperture (f5.7) and comes with 20 and 9mm EPs.

The whole thing goes into the backpack included. Quite incredible for 60 quid!

Not had chance to use it yet. Maybe the sky will clear by Father's Day...

Have fun mate. I also own a scope similar to yours which I'm yet to really play with (Meade ETX 80 back pack edition) 

i do have a larger scope also but I got this one for the soul purpose of portability for when I go night fishing ect,

i found a really helpful post about binocular messier targets that I believe you will enjoy seeing in your travel scope. I will get the link for you soon mate

I also have some 12x70's mate love my bins , make sure u document your sessions so I can have a read.

Always works that way, over here if its not temps near absolute zero its summer storms.
