Imaging Jupiter, Saturn and Mars in November

Hi

I am planning to image Mars/Saturn and Jupiter in Nov from France with a Meade LX200 14", DMk21 but checking on Stellarium the planets seem quite low, will this make it near impossible to image ? or would the ADC by ZWO help?

The ADC will certainly help combat the very low altitude of Jupiter and Saturn. Looking on Calsky, Saturn looks particularly tricky as the Sun goes down, at least Jupiter can be imaged into daylight. Mars Is much higher in the sky, but it wouldn't hurt to use the ADC still. Mars is also a long way from opposition (Jult2018) so it will be quite small in size. The opposition for next year does look like a great chance for some finely detailed images.
