August 21 solar eclipse

hey what is the best way to enjoy the forthcoming eclipse? 

It's going to be a first for me, and I wonder if my telescope with Astrosolar sheet could be of any use for this kind of observation.  I also have a left over of astrosolar sheet, so I can build a pair protective glaces with it.

But is it safe to look at the eclipse trough the Astrosolar sheet?

You will need the solar film for the phases before and after totality. During totality it is safe to view the spectacle naked eye or with binoculars.
