longest Observatory build EVER

Re started my Observatory final push. What with having an extended 2 month holiday in New Zealand and the daughter who lives 300 miles away not having the easiest of pregnancies it has been on hold since December.

Blagged some hard wearing carpet tiles to cut down on the cold feet.

After that fit gas struts and a counterweight system in time for the new observing season.

Nice build and good job with the carpet tiles.

If you don't mind me saying, would it maybe be better to merge with the original thread to allow others to follow the build from start to finish?!
