First decent Jupiter this season- Equinox 80mm/ ASI224MC

I had great seeing after the clouds broke on April 3.

I wouldn't normally even be able to make it out with my large  SCT just because it takes longer setting everything up.

I just got home from work and night school, and had to be up early the next day, but with the small refractor everything is easier and faster.

Jove and the moon were the targets. I got a bunch of great avi's in. Seeing was great and nailed focus.

Observing it, four bands and hints of the 2 darker polar regions with the 13mm nagler and TV 3x barlow. Not bad at all for a small 80mm.

Thanks for looking/reading.
