I have started to re-organise my sketches (as you may have seen from my other threads!) and as it has been so cloudy of late I have been re-doing some of my Mars sketches using the sort of method used by MikeDKnight. I seem to be getting the hang of this method having located a suitable disk to create the black sky circle and here's my efforts so far. I'll add further sketches to this thread when I get them redone and/or photographed.

Very nice set of sketches Shane. I recall that dark "rim" around the polar cap well !
