who is out tonight

Scope is outside and collecting image data, atmosphere is a lot more transparent than last night - washed clean I expect   I suspect intermittant clouds will be ruining subs all night but the wind has died down at least.

Gorgeous here tonight, and I've been trying to catch Venus before she drops below the local obstructions for weeks now, really thought this evening was my chance, but no I just don't seem to be able to get things organised in time for an early evening session of late.  Must be something to do with Christmas.

I'll give it a go boxing day I think if the weather permits.
