2 Filterwheels - 1 PC

Anyone know if it possible to connect 2 Starlight Xpress filterwheels to a single PC and be able to operate them independently?

I was going to say no but thinking about this . its going to have the same drivers but if 1 is in ACOM and 1 in EQMOD may work .

(Thinking) I can not see why , if running 2 program  let say SG-PRO and ATP the in put is not the same  try it.

I tried with 2 instances of SGP. I could connect to different cameras in the 2 separate instances, but despite connecting 2 filter wheels, there was only one filter wheel listed in the dropdown and both instances connected to the same filter wheel. I think there has to be a means of getting the driver loaded twice, with different names, but not sure how to go about it.

With the hitecastro focuser if you going run 2 of then you have to ask so 1And 2 are not the same so the only way round this is renameing drivers.

Send a email to Terry at Starlight and ask him to rename a driver so that you can run 2 at the same time . I put money on it he do it , he was good to me last year and soring it out over the holls 25 Dec .
