Skywatcher EQ6 Mount

Does anyone know if the EQ6 mount will take a Celestron C8 SCT and a Bresser Messier 102mm f5 Refractor both loaded at once with the 9x50 finder plus brackets and cradles ect. all on an anti-vibe pier set in 3 cwt of concrete? Near the limit or anything to spare ?

Hi Freddie, Mostly visual,but was planning imaging with Fastar on the SCT at F2 as well.........Dave

Visual won't be a problem but imaging will be a challenge especially at that FL.

You'd be imaging at f2 with the fastar like you said which would be ~400mm focal length, I think the eq6 should handle that fairly easily (especially if well balanced and guided). 

If you have the fastar setup on the c8 you won't be able to use it visually, unless of course you plan to remove camera and replace secondary between visual/imaging sessions?

Good point, forgot about the fastar, so FL will be reduced. F2 not the most user friendly though.
